Looks like an euphorbia to me. Not sure which one.
Do you know if it has milky looking sap? Which btw can be very irritating.

Looks like we agree mikerotell. Pedilanthus is a synonym of euphorbia.

Pedilanthus tithymaloides 'Variegatus' is a synonym of Euphorbia tithymaloides 'Variegatus' which are what the picture links are of above.
