SOLVED: Tropical bog plant 4 ID

NYC, NY(Zone 7a)

I came across this beauty in the "aquatic house" of a local botanical garden --- basically plants requiring an insanely humid, rainforest environment and/or aquatic and/or bog plants which like it warm.... The flowers are such a lovely shade of lavender that I couldn't help photographing it.... But now I find myself unable to come up with an ID for them --- the plants didn't have an ID tag yet & are new to that area of the garden. Sooooo.... I'm hoping someone here recognizes the plant(s) and point me in the right direction =)

Thanks in advance!

It looks like a plant in the Acanthaceae-family. Perhaps this could help to find the name.

Thank you for the lead! It got me to positive ID ⇢ Hygrophila Corymbosa.
