SOLVED: Plant ID please

Inverness, FL(Zone 9a)

I got this off a "dead plant rack" last year and this year it grew like this with tiny white flowers. it has a sort of rosemary tiny stiff leaf and is about 10 inches high max. I live in FL so this is when most bloom. I am in 9A cusping 8B. It has no odor to it. It is growing in mostly sunny location with a humus type soil- not acidic FL soil.
