SOLVED: Is this a Mandevilla?

Bailey, NC(Zone 7b)

These were at a hotel we stayed in last week in Jacksonville Florida. They were in containers with nothing to climb on and very fragrant. They looked like Mandevilla's to me but with nothing to climb on and being very fragrant, I thought I may be wrong.

Thanks for your help.

I have never had a Mandeville that was sweet scented and I have grown many varieties of Mandeville? Is there anything else that looks like Mandeville that is scented or is this a variety I've never heard of. I have grown the Mandevilla Hybrid 'Sun Parasol Crimson' several times and I never noticed a scent from it?
