ID of this Sedum

New Holland, PA(Zone 6b)

I have several types of Sedum that I would like to know Scientific and Common names for. This is a very low growing compact and fast spreading sedum that sometimes changes to a nice red.
Located in Lancaster County, PA.

Sedum rubrotinctum (Jelly Bean Plant) perhaps?

It's too small for S rubrotinctum. Maybe a form of S. album
