Seems like some type of oak, but the leaf's are flat,large and thin unlike any oak I've seen. Seen in central Florida

Nice Spanish moss! I would guess the trees are ash, but I really can't see well enough to tell.
Look up Hickory (Carya sp.) in Apopka, FL. That looks like clearly pinnate compound foliage, which translates to high likelihood of some sort of nut tree.
Don't know my Florida species that well, but certainly with compound foliage - as noted above - that's no Oak.
