SOLVED: Smilax?

Gahanna, OH(Zone 6b)

I believed this climbing vine to be a Smilax until seeing trilobal fruit. Please assist with identifying. The plant in question is climbing a Spicebush (Lindera benzoin) in SE Ohio. The photo of the flowers was taken two weeks ago, and the others just today.

The leaf reminds me of air potato (Dioscorea bulbifera) but I think your mystery plant might be wild yam (D. villosa).
