Morning Glories 2020 #08
My blooms will most likely start slowing down soon.
Jackie, that is a beautiful blue colors on Plum surprise The pink tie dye has a pretty soft pink too, I like that. Your last bloom has neat colors too.
Beautiful blooms ladies.
Sorry I am late I couldn't get into DG. Kept getting error 500.
I couldn't either Linda. I had to go to the
Edge browser to access this site.
Sorry to hear you are having a bad day. Hope it gets better.
Beautiful blooms, Jackie and Helena. I get walking sticks here once in awhile.
Sending prayers for your son, that it is not covid. Pretty hard for your hubby to protect himself bringing him to the hospital. Keep us updated please.
Thanks Helena and Linda.\
Linda, they didn;t even test him for Covid, that's a mistake I think. His symptoms could just be different Dh has a great immune system Linda so hoping he doesn;t catch it, He's wearing his mask everywhere and the rest of us are too.
Beautiful Milky Ways Helena and pretty blue bloom. I hope you have a better day tomorrow.
I see people without their masks and its supposed to be required but you don;t dare say anything. People get into fights over the subject. smh
Hard to believe he wasn't tested for it. Some of our stores have security guards out front. It is mandatory here as well. Most people wear the masks, but there are some that refuse. Praying this virus goes away soon.
Linda, they have moved our son from Er to Intensive care, his condition still not known. He asked for the covid test and they did it, He called me early this am and said they told him it was negative. So now were worried as to what it might be.
They need to check his colon and pancreas.
Now we're also worried about our gd starting to school Monday. People are
afraid to go vote for an hour or two but the gov't is willing to send our kids to school for 250 days a year,??? We're trying to get her moved to virtual but now there's a waiting list.
Cool and windy here this morning so hard to get pics.
Pres Bush with flaking
Plum Surprise tub out back
Praying they find out soon what's going on with him.
Beautiful blooms Jackie.
Linda, it might be cancer in his colon that's spread to his liver,They will'do a biopsy tomorrow. Thanks for your prayers
Thanks Linda and Helena.
Beautiful Clitoria, blue pea vine and I love'your Fuji even with defects, the color is lovely. Is the soft pink your other new bloom? its pretty too.
They will run my sons tests today, hate it that I can;t be there with him.
The newer Pres Bush with flaking
Tai aki is making some nice blooms, they're large
I don;t know what this is, very pretty and in the tub out back I don;t think I had
mixed Fuji seeds, kinda looks like a pink Fuji
Weird Saz is still making the largest blooms
Going to mark the pink Fuji look alike.for seed collecting
I love all your beautiful blooms ladies. Love all the colors.
Thanks Jackie and Linda. Yes Jackie that is one of my new blooms, not sure if it's pink porcelain, probably not or dusty mauve, or light chocolate. Well I got at least 5 mgs into bigger pots today. One already had buds.
Love your blooms Jackie. Glad you are getting so many beautiful blooms.
Sorry you can't be there with your son when for his tests.
Helena I kinda thought it looked like a very light chocolate too. Very pretty.
We got good news this evening. don;t know why it took so long. No colon'cancer but a nasty, nasty bacteria in his blood. My dd told me that you 'get that nasty bacteria in the blood stream with certain types of cancers so we;re still worried about his liver. should get those results tomorrow. He hasn't eaten in 3 weeks, he looks awful and sounds even worse.so weak now, he can barely walk. I just knew it'was covid attacking his body at the weakest point,. I wonder if his negative result was a false negative?? Maybe they need to run it again.
Hope your son recovers soon Jackie. Sounds awful, will keep him in my prayers.
Hope the doctors can help with meds and testing.
Linda and Helena, thank you. I appreciate the prayers.

Good news this morning re my ds. One Dr thinks it's just a horrible case of diverticulitis but if so, it almost killed him,. They are going to biopsy his lymph'nodes today so we'll wait and see what they find.
I didn't feel like sending blooms yesterday, too worried
The rosy Fuji made an appearance today so I marked it.
Lav not making 2 patterns 3 and 4
Pres Bush with the flaking
Edited to say of course they won;t do his procedure today, Will be Monday

Pink Porcelain is a beauty. Neat white hige.and pretty
soft blue. Your Milky Way has made lovely blooms all summer.
Love the Clitoria, ,hoping for even just a few blooms from mine.
I don't know what to think about the differences in my Pres Bush blooms. Maybe one is a cross from the bees.
Beautiful blooms Jackie and Helena. Love all the colors and designs.
Early this year my ex brother in law had a bad episode of diverticulitis. It got so bad his intestines had burst, and everything in there had spilled out internally. He was in the hospital for months and had multiple surgeries. For awhile they didn't know if he was going to make it through.
Thanks Jackie and Linda. My Clitoria has at least 2 blooms a day lately since I untangled it from climbing with the wild little red mg. I had a nice bloom from Fuji black and blue even if it split.
Glad your ex brother in law recovered from his illness. They was a real bad one.
We had a lite shower so we might be expecting more rain from this tropical storm.
The red bloom is a repeat and I don't have a tag with a name for it.
Linda, thanks for sharing that about your ex b-i-l. That was a horrible experience,
My son's isn;t that bad or they would have seen it on his colonoscopy.I think.
He is still considered critical and they are trying to build his strength back up. More tests for tomorrow and I hope they don't miss anything,
Helena,. your red is gorgeous as is that black and blue Fuji, I really like it.
Is that your orange Tecoma stans?
Plum surprise still making 4 or 5 blooms per day not as pretty too buggy I
Tai Aki has not disappointed this summer

Beautiful blooms ladies. Praying those 2 hurricanes don't hit too hard. Unusual for 2 to hit just days apart.
Linda, yes very unusual for 2 hurricanes to hit so close. The 2nd one will probably affect our weather. A little rain is much needed, hoping thats all we get.
Thanks Linda and Jackie. Yes, that orange bloom is from from tecoma stans. My blooms got tore up by the rain this morning. I did have a black king bloom but not good enough to post. Jackie guess what I found Saturday when I went to a small flower nursery-market, Fertilome soil, (sp?) I bought 2 big bags to try.
Hope your son improves Jackie.
Beautiful blooms Jackie. That little bit of pink is so pretty.
Glad you found some fertilom soil Helena.
Helena I hope it says Fertilome potting mix so that it will be light and airy
not heavy like soil. You will enjoy it for your tropicals. I use it for
my mg's too.

Pretty blooms Helena. Your Saz looking just like my Weird Saz Karen gardener 2005, had named these blooms Weird Saz for whatever reason. I love your red/blue Fuji
to the right of Saz.
My blooms dwindled down today. less than a 3rd of the blooms I;ve been getting.
Blue Tie Dye
BSOI coming out of Lav not
Var Swedish Ivy I bought in a 4 inch pot now needing to be moved up to a large hanging basket .
You can see part of Begonia Snowflake to the right, she
needs a bigger pot too.
