This took me a minute. LOL
I immediately thought ginger. But the dependent raceme threw me. Though the flower itself said ginger to me too. The only ginger I know with such flowering is Alpinia zerumbet. But that bloom has yellow with the white and red.

But since that flower shown is at its end it could have had yellow. And maybe there is variability in the colors.

So my final answer is Alpinia zerumbet. LOL

I revisited this again because I thought there no doubt other Alpinia gingers. Just because I was only familiar with Alpinia zerumbet because I grew the incredible variegated Alpinia zerumbet didn't mean there are not others. But I will leave that for you to pursue.

But I did come across 2 interesting things.
1. Alpinia zerumbet is called the Indian Ginger which I did not know. The picture shown is the variegated Alpinia zerumbet while yours is the all green one.

2. This photo is very reminiscent of 1 of yours.

Cropped from your photo. And is that yellow I see crumbled at the bottom?
