SOLVED: PLANT IDENTIFACTION
Reminds me of sickle-pod Senna. Flowers and seed pods help ID it for sure.
Wow, I really didn't believe it from looking at the pictures, but I looked at night and the leaves are folded over each other and I can see a small yellow flower bud. I may let the flower open to just to see it, and then I'll pull it. Thanks, as I've never even heard of this weed.
