SOLVED: Earth Mover

Yumbo, Colombia

This earthen mound is fie inches accross and the hole is three quarters of an inch in diameter. Any speculation on who this "earth mover" might be? I've seen that some bees nest in the ground but nothing like this.

Probably a vole.

A very slender vole at under 19mm.

Don't know about Columbia but here in the Southeast States, it would probably be a crawdad.
