SOLVED: PLANT IDENTIFACTION

West Babylon, NY

I've been calling this plant "Cathy's plant" since 2015, when a friend gave a piece to me. It sends out new baby plants that take root when they hit the ground, sort of like spider plants or strawberries. It needs very little care in my South Florida garden, and if left to its own devices, it will take over garden real estate quickly. The leaves are thick and sturdy, and don't need much water. Anyone? Thanks, I've been dying to know for a long time!
