The only 2 I can think of is a hydrangea or a viburnum which have bushes actually called 'snowball'. But I bet there are more.

There are many snowball hydrangeas including cultivars and I bet hybrids. Some Viburnum are actually called Snowball Viburnums, some of these have notched leaves too. Look at Viburnum opulus and its cultivars.

There is also the Hydrangea quercifolia which has notched leaves. Hydrangea quercifolia flowers are longer white blooms rather than a round ball.

Looks like old fashioned snowball - Viburnum opulus 'Sterile'.
