There are a lot that are similar to yours.
Look at 'Robin Hood'. Does yours have fragrance? Does it repeat bloom?

No fragrance. Received as a bonus plant labeled as 'Si'

Jen, could it be 'American Pillar'?

Carole, mine looks darker pink

This 1 is driving me crazy. LOL I thought it was red. Is it a semi-double?

I just went thru the roses on Help Me Find, but because I am no longer a member, I can only use their search with 1 attribute. There are a lot of carmine pink with a white eye but few doubles or semi-doubles. How big are the flowers? Could it be a more miniature one?

You are lucky it is not 'American Pillar' for it would literally swallow up your garden being a huge rambler.

I looked up Rosa Si because I have never heard of it before. It is amazing and such a unique form though not all the photos I saw of it were born equal. LOL . If I were still an active gardener I would be on the prowl for it. I actually made this photo of it my screensaver for today.
