While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.

Now while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.

Your foot will change directions and there is nothing you can do about it!

Kinda the same principle as rubbing your tummy and patting your head at the same time. Practice, practice and you can do it. I tried the foot and '6' thing and really couldn't do it. Then I tried doing it watching my foot and I could make it keep going clockwise. Jerky, but clockwise.

Have you ever tried this one: do jumping jacks but instead of going in-out, jump 2 in, then one out and repeat; but your arms keep the normal rhythm of in-out. Now, NO delaying on the in with the arms! Actually you can try it sitting in your desk chair without actually exerting yourself much - ha ha! :) What works for me is concentrating and counting the in-in-out and then start moving the arms and forget about them. Can you do it?
