i have always admired these in the cataloc-but am afraid to try to grow them from seed-does anyone???

Try growing them in good light, grow lights 24 hours, if you are doing this inside. Water them often and fertilize when young almost daily. Use a mister on them, otherwise you may wash out the young seedlings. I can get them to germinate, but getting them to an adult size is another problem, many growers grow these plants in pure pumice. My mistake was not to fertilize them the first year. Crasulady
