i am thnking about planting crossvine on my chainlink fence and was wondering how long it takes to grow so that you cannot see through the fence very well?

I would say about two years, but it is evergreen and gives you privacy all year without being too aggressive as some other vines are. If you want the one that blooms very heavily, get the Tangerine Beauty variety, the one in this picture is the regular, check out the other one in the plant files.
