Gorgeous picture of your 'Tiger Eyes'! We purchased one at a nursery in Michigan last summer and although it didn't fare too well through the winter (possible deer damage) it is still alive and I'm keeping my fingers crossed ours will be as nice as yours.

Can you tell me where I can purchase a velvet sumac 'tiger eyes'? My grandmother had one in her yard and I have looked all over trying to find it. Thank you.

They are relativly new so most nurseries will have them this year. Just go to the better ones and they will get you one. I love mine. they just glow in the sun!

Kenton I would run to greet you here. hey I know what that bush is that we were trying to ID in my Sophie bed. It is a Elderberry. Quite wonderful. See picture
