Blc. Chunyeah Orchids

Fort Lauderdale, FL(Zone 10b)

Here are pics of my two Blc. Chunyeah orchids. I acquired these at the fort lauderdale orchid show several years ago as small divisions and now they bloom year after year. The Blc. Chunyeah 'Yiesen #1' is always the first to bloom. Several weeks after it blooms the Blc. Chunyeah 'Tzeng-Wen' begins her show. The timing is almost perfect to keep in in constant blooms for weeks. The Yiesen #1 has a clear purple throat with a tinge of yellow. The Tzeng-Wen has a bright yellow stripe deep in the throat. This year Tzeng- Wen has a double spike! This is the first spike that has 3 flowers. It looks like the second spike will have 3 more!!! I REALLY love these orchids!!
