SOLVED: What's this one's name?

This is such a striking plant, and I snagged some of those seeds from it. Now all I need is some direction on what the name of it is.

Deb, it is a Castor Bean plant.

Santa Fe, TX(Zone 9b)

This is a red castor bean. The seeds contain ricene, a deadly poison. We have some also. Caution around kids, though most will not open the stickery part.

Aww thanks Josephine and trois!! I believe ya about poisonous..usually something in a prickley pod is.. this one looks like a pinto bean, yikes. No worries on anyone eating them here. I just think it is a beautiful plant. A nice color contrast, and texture.
