And a lot of laughs contributed by so many of
The good folks here on the Mid-South forum, And a few visitors like Me.

The Carnations have only been in the ground 5,1/2 weeks.
They have a very strong perfume.

How did a gentleman from AU pick Mid--West Gardening to post on???? Glad we found you....

Like I have said before .
Blame corgimom.
It was her snakes that caught my eye.
Here is dear old FOL with his new passionfruit.
It`s only 5 or 6 weeks old. [Red Pass.]

Man, he looks great ! Much better than me, and I am 48.

Loretta !
I planted the Pandanus seed I showed you.
So far there is no sign of life.
But the Fig tree that I pruned right back is shooting.
This tree is between Studio 1 and 2.

Hope you don`t look like this at 81.

Ginger, if I make it to 81 I would be proud to look like anything. LOL The way I feel today I feel like 81.

If you look closely,
There is a similarity around the knees.
They are not related.

Rienzi, MS(Zone 7a)

Goodness.. that poor lady. :-(

Lakeland / Memphis, TN(Zone 7a)

Thanks Kell - that quickly reminded me that I have alot to be thankful for -- I "obviously" don't have her problem.

Spotted this Ficus benjamina
Growing in a crack in the brick wall.
This will become my next Bonsai.

Thumbnail by ginger749

Must be a bad day to post about Bonsai.
This is a Pink Cassia.

Does that cassia smell good, it is really pretty? Your pictures of the ladies was very interesting. Makes me feel proud I am such a healthy girl. Do you do bonsai? The pines are my favorites.

Guess it's me bedttime. I have a big day tomorrow. Probably heading down to Ripley Ms. to visit Sandra. Hugs to all,

These next 3 should be in some insect section.
But then yall would not be able to see them.
#1 is a long shot of WL flower and leaf.

Thumbnail by ginger749

#2 is a bit closer .
Spider can be seen Wearing his camouflage.

Thumbnail by ginger749

#3 Is a close up of the spider .
You can tell he is not wearing glasses.

Thumbnail by ginger749

Well I got a reply from BugsGuide.

I think he calls it a "ISO Peanut Butter Spider"
Whatever that means.

Lakeland / Memphis, TN(Zone 7a)

Ugly, whatever he is. However your pix of the WL are beautiful. Did you enter any of your photographs in the photo contest on DG ?

Rienzi, MS(Zone 7a)

Beautiful flowers Kell. And the spider is kinda pretty. Looks better since it is in a picture and not crawling around on my desk! LOL

You are right there Gourdlady2006 .

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

Ah, he's back. Just in time for me to go to bed....LOL

But, I'll probably see you about 2am my time.

Kell, you mentioned at one time that you have 5 hours on the net and therefore stay on a say everything at once without taking a breath.....Why?

Just curious.

Because I only sleep for 5 / 6 hrs.
I`m up at 2 am. my time.
And once I log on. I get 5 hrs, before my Supplier cuts me off.
That makes it to 7 am.
Then I get out and water the garden for a few hrs.
Then I take some Pics. And work in the garden.
If there is any time to spare, I work in the studio.
How is the Air Brushing going ? Started Yet ?

This is another Pic of spider and
My front door key for size comparison.

Thumbnail by ginger749

This is the water dragon Jack tried to catch in the dam.
Today I went on my own to take some closeups.

Thumbnail by ginger749

Is this realy dave ?
He`s just a kid.

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

You are right on that, Kell. He's not dry behind the ears yet, but he sure is one smart cookie. He is married to Trish and I believe has a couple of little sprouts in his garden of life.

I have had the opportunity to speak with him and he is a very kind and considerate person.

No, I have not started any of the airbrushing. I have to wait till my son comes down and we decide exactly what he wants. But if you think of any more helpful hints, pleaseeeee let me know.

? said "water dragon" is that your name for an iguana or is it something different? Ugly sucker!!

Five hours sleep? I envy you. And this is every night? And you can function ALL day with no naps? AH, to be young again. But wait, I couldn't do that when I was young either... LOL

Lakeland / Memphis, TN(Zone 7a)

Yeah, that's him, but that was apparently an older picture of him. I've seen one of him, I think at one of the round-ups that's more current. Still young, but a little older looking than that one. Smart guy, huh ?

Moscow, TN(Zone 7a)

Looks like a baby. But then anyone younger than me looks that way to me.

Thats how I feel exactly.

Water dragon is not a iguana .
It`s related to the frillyneck L.

AH, to be young again

Is 60 young ?

Lakeland / Memphis, TN(Zone 7a)

Oh yeah, the closer I get to 60, the younger it is !!!!

LOL at you n2birds.

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

I am 66 and I think 60 is realllllll young....My DH, who is 73, can't even remember back that far.

((( Now any of you repeat my last sentence, I will deny it!!!)))

That`s the same age gap as me and my OH.

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

Yeh, but it's different when you are 20 and then 27!!!

I 'resemble' those days. lol
They were real fun.

Chicago, IL(Zone 5b)

I meant that are your ages now!!!

I wish.
Maybe in spirit.

And not the spirit from Lorettas bottle tree.
