I have an identical plant. It is over 6 ft tall and I have not seen a flower yet this years. It looks like it is close. Is there anything that can be done to force blooms earlier than August?
The only buds are on the tallest tips. This did not happen in the past.

Not that I can really think of ... Mine is in almost full sun all day and I use compost for fert.
