Whose Seeding and Singing to Seedlings (Part Deux)

Reno, NV

How many bankers does it take to paper a room? Depends on how thin you slice them.

Sorry (sort of). Hope that wasn't offensive to anyone.

I have a littel garden window in my kitten that I use too. I've been eating baby, almost micro, lettuce out of there for a couple months. It's doing ok but not great. That's also were I start my lemon thyme cuttings. Some of them are doing really well. I've been being a mad genius and experimenting with metods of propigation. So far, I like useing water best. I'll also end up with plantlings all over my living room. Gets pretty good light.
Truthfully. I'll end up all over the house running around like the mad woman I am and enjoying every minuet of it.

Anyone have any good 'Buns of Steel' songs in their repertoire? I need some for 'Stems of Steel' songs for my poor little violas. I left them in the dark too long and their stems are very weak; so much so they will not be able to join in the other seedling games in the greenhouse if they don't get stronger :( I've been singing a version of ZZ Tops 'She's Got Legs' but I need more. Thanks muchly.

Gosh, I wish I had some seedlings to sing these songs to. Maybe Raja will like them?

Carson City, NV(Zone 6b)

When I posted that song last night it made me think of Kyla's poor little seedlings that are drowning in the rain. I hope everyone has a warm, sunny morning!

If the weatherman is right it is going to reach 80 today! I have one 10 gal container planted, one small veggie patch planted and going to plant more today. I looked at the long range forecast and temps are supposed to be above normal with drought conditions through May. Hope they are wrong about the drought.

Hey hey it is sunny here today, all plants seem to have survived the deluge....... Stuff in the ground is happy for such a rain, but in little WS containers, oh my. Yesterday I was out in it several times, moving them around, lifting them up to drain, etc etc, I am sure I made quite an amusing little movie for the Rain Fairies to laff at. But they took pity on me cause of my dedication to the plants I reckon.

Thanks for the inspiring songs, all, and Kat for the link too..... I think, LOL!
