An article in the NYT about a Flour maker putting a code and a website on his bags of flour so we can trace the flour to the farmer who grew it and learn about his farm. Accountability!!!!

I like that idea. It makes the food connection more personal and I would be able to send a thank you note to the farmer who grew the food I am eating and serving.
