Spicy Chunk Pickles

1 qt. kosher-style dill pickles
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. pickling spices

Drain pickles and cut into chunks. Combine sugar, vinegar and pickling spices in small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pack pickles in jar and add sugar mixture. Cover, cool, and refrigerate. Makes 1 qt.

These are delicious and so easy to make.
