Plum Jelly

5 1/2 c. plum juice
7 1/2 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jell
1 pkg. (6oz.) peach or apricot jello

Cook 3 qts. plums, mash and strain juice.
Put juice in big saucepan, and cook until it comes to a full boil. Pour in Sure-Jell and jello, and bring to a full boil again. Have sugar measured and set aside. Pour in juice and retun to a full boil rolling boil that cannot be stirred down; stir constantly for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Pour into clean jars and seal. Makes 6 pts.
