Peach Tarts

5 c. sliced peaches
3 Tbsp. tapioca
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Crumb Topping:
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour

Mix peaches, tapicoa, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Put in 9 inch pie pan. Mix
brown sugar, butter, and flour to form
a crumbly texture. Put on top of peach
mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
