Eggnog Supreme

12 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. brandy or whisky
2 qts. milk
1 pt. light cream
1 pt. heavy cream

Blend egg yolks with sugar. Add milk and light cream. Beat egg whites to soft peak. Whip heavy cream until fluffy. Fold egg whites and wipped cream into yolk mixture. Chill. Serve sprinkled with nutmeg. Yield: 40 servings.
