Category: Breads, rolls, and pastries

1 Cup milk -- (at room temp.)
1 egg -- beaten, (at room temp.)
1 Tablespoon melted butter
4 Tablespoons water
1/2 Box instant vanilla pudding -- (3.4 oz. box)
4 Cups bread flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
2 1/2 Teaspoons yeast

1/2 Cup butter -- softened
1 Cup brown sugar
2 Teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 Cup chopped walnuts -- (optional)
1/4 Cup raisins -- (optional)

4 Ounces cream cheese -- (at room temp.)
1/4 Cup butter -- softened
1 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 Teaspoons milk
3 Tablespoons real maple syrup

Select "dough or manual" setting on your bread machine.

When dough cycle is complete:

Lightly flour hands and countertop, so dough is workable. Roll dough into a 17 x 10 inch rectangle. Combine first three filling ingredients and mix well. Heat in microwave 10 seconds to make it spreadable. Spread over rolled out dough with rubber spatula. Get as close to the edges as
possible. Sprinkle nuts or raisins over the dough, if desired. Starting with widest end, roll the dough into a tight log. With a very sharp knife, cut into 1/2" - 1" slices. Place in a lightly greased 13x9" baking dish
with sides.

***Optional...freeze here....

Cover loosely with a light towel (flour sack works well). Put in warm draft free place (I turn my oven to WARM for a few minutes, TURN IT OFF, then put the rolls in there to rise) and allow them to rise until double. They
should be nice and big. Take them out and heat oven to 350*. Bake for 15 -20 minutes or until golden brown. Top warm rolls with the frosting.

You can freeze any leftover rolls.
