|Cut pocket in each chop. Combine apple, celery, raisins, and cinnamon. Stuff each chop with apple mixture, and seal opening with toothpicks. In square baking dish, arrange chops, ribs toward center, add 1/2 c. apple juice. Brush chops with browning sauce. Heat, covered 14 to 16 minutes on Med-High heat, basting once. Remove chops to serving platter, let stand, covered, 5 minutes.|
Meanwhile into baking dish, stir in flour blended with remaining apple juice and salt. Heat 2 minutes on Med-High until thickened, stirring once. Serve over chops.
