Brandied Peaches

29 oz. can peach halves, drain; reserve 1/2 cup syrup
2/3 c. peach or pineapple preserves
1/3 c. brandy
1 tsp. lemon juice
Toasted coconut

Power level: HIGH
cooking Time: 4 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

In baking dish arrange peaches. Combine reserved syrup, preserves, brandy and lemon juice.

Pour over peaches; top with coconut. Heat, covered, 4 minutes on HIGH until heated through. Serve warm or chilled.
