Fruit Cake

2 lbs. pineapple
2 lbs cherrys - red/green
1 lb. white raisins - soak & dry
8 cups pecans
1 - 2 oz. bottle vanilla
1 lb. butter
2 cups sugar
4 cups flour
1 dozen eggs

Mix well. Spoon into 12 small loaf pans greased & floured. Bake 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.

  Extra Notes  
I use the small foil loaf pans. This is an expensive but good recipe that was given to me by a friend. I sometimes wrap them in pretty plastic wrap & put a bow on it and use them for gifts.
