Pineapple Seven Up Cake

1 Box Duncan Hines Yellow CAke Mix
1 Box Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 Cup Oil
4 eggs
8 oz 7-up

1 Can large crushed Pineapple
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs beaten
1/4 cup flour
1 stick oleo

Mix all ingredients for cake together and pour into 3 floured pans. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool
Mix all ingredients for icing into double broiler and cook until thickens. Put on cooled cake layers.

  Extra Notes  
This cake is better if you cook it a couple days ahead. The longer it sits the better it is. It usually dont get to sit here because DH could not wait.
