Veggi Lasagna

2 cups potatoes sliced thin
1 cup frozen chopped broccoli (thawed & drained)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
Mozzarella cheese grated
Parmesan cheese grated

Mix broccoli, ricotta cheese, parsley, and oregano for filling. Arrange a single layer of potatoes on the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan. Spread a layer of cheese & broccoli mixture on top of potatoes, and a layer of grated cheeses on top of that. Continue with layers of potatoes, cheese mixture, and grated cheese. Finish off with layer of potatoes topped with the last of the grated cheeses. Bake in 350 oven till bubbly and potatoes are tender.
