Dave's Garden Cookbook: Shrimp Bisque

The 2001 Dave's Garden Cookbook

Shrimp Bisque

1 lb cooked peeled shrimp (frozen is Ok)
2 C light cream
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 soup can of milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
╝ tsp pepper
1 large onion

Chop onion and sautÚ in butter until tender. Heat other ingredients, add onion and heat through stirring constantly. Do Not Boil. Allow to cool and refrigerate over night for best flavor.
