Scrumptious Carrot Cake

1 box carrot cake mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

3 large whole eggs
1 1/3 cup water
2 Tablespoons oil
1 (8oz) carton sour cream (1 cup)
1 teaspoon real vanilla
4 oz jar baby food carrots
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all dry ingredients with a wire whisk. Add remaining ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees in greased/floured pan. If you double this recipe, it is enough for a 12 x 18 sheet cake.
