Butter Cream Frosting

1/2 c Butter, room temperature
16 oz Confectioners sugar
3 tb Milk
1 ts Vanilla extract

Beat all ingredients in mixer bowl until smooth. Use within 30 minutes of making. If crust starts to form, beat again until smooth. Makes 2 1/2 cups frosting.
