Chocolate tootsie rolls

1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup powdered sugar

In a 1-quart microwave bowl,combine chocolate
and margarine.microwave on high for 1 minute
or until melted. Stir in corn syrup and
vanilla extract. Microwave on high 30
seconds,stir until smooth. Stir in 1 cup
powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
Blend well. turn mixture onto waxed paper
and knead in 1/3 cup powdered sugar.
Divide mixture into 4 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into 10-inch log and
cut into 10 equal pieces. wrap each
piece in waxed paper or plastic wrap.

  Extra Notes  
Makes about 40 tootsie rolls.
