Paul's Chili

1/4 C Olive Oil
2 Large Onions chopped
1 C chopped celery
5 Cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1/4 lb ground pork
2 cans (1lb each) tomatoes
1 3/4 cup beef broth
3/4 cup tomatoe paste
5 t salt
4 t ground cumin
3 T chili powder
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t allspice
2 cans (1 lb ea) kidney beans

Heat oil in Dutch Oven
Cook onions, celery and garlic over med heat until soft. Add chuck and pork, breaking meat up with a fork until meat is cooked.Add tomatoes and their liquid, beef broth,tomato paste,salt,cumin,chili powder,oregano and allspice.

Cook ove low heat for one hour. Add drained kidney beans, cook for another 1/2 hour.
