Three Way Dip

2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. crumbled blue cheese
2 Tbsp. green onion slices
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream

Combine cottage cheese and blue cheese and beat on highest speed of electric mixer until almost smooth. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Chill and serve as a dip with crackers and fresh veggies; as a salad dressing; or on baked potatoes. Makes 4 cups.
