Category: Soups and sandwiches

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope of Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix (or similar mix)
1 regular sized can of french style green beans
2 cans of chicken broth
1 can of Veg-All
2 tablespoons of margerine
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
mozzerella cheese

Chop the chicken into bite sized chunks and brown in the margerine.
Add the chicken broth and the dry soup mix.Cook on medium heat until the dry veggies are soft.About 10 minutes.
Add both cans of the vegetables, don't drain them.
Cook together at a slow boil for about 10 more minutes.
Put your corn starch into a cup and add some cold milk.Stir till completely disolved.Add to your soup and stir to mix in.
Pour milk into the soup and keep stirring till it is thickened.
It should take about a cup of milk...give or take a little. This is up to you on how thick you want it.
Serve in bowls with the cheese sprinkled on top.

  Extra Notes
If you make this up into a very thick consistancy, you can use it for the filling in a pot pie.
