Dave's Garden Cookbook: Stromboli

The 2001 Dave's Garden Cookbook

2 packages Crescent roll mix
1/2 lb pkg cooked salami slices
1/2 lb pkg provolone cheese slices
1/2 lb pkg cooked or boiled ham slices
4 oz grated American cheese
3 large eggs
canned pimiento peppers

1. Unroll 1 package crescent roll mix and line a 9x13 baking pan with the dough
2. Layer salami,provolone cheese and cooked ham on the dough
3. Repeat to create a second layer
4. Beat grated cheese into eggs and spread over top of layered meats and provolone
5. Drain pimientos and layer them over egg/cheese mixture (use quantity of pimientos to individual taste)
6. Unroll second package of crescent roll mix and and cover the layered ingredients with it
7. Bake at 350 F covered for 30 minutes
8. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
9. Let Stromboli cool.Cut into squares and serve
