Freezer Slaw

1 Medium head of cabbage shredded
1 mango pepper
4 stalks of celery
1 small onion
3 carrots
1-tablespoon salt

1-teaspoon celery seed
1-teaspoon mustard seed
1-cup vinegar
cup water
2 cups sugar

Shred all the vegetables. Mix together and stir in the salt. Let stand for 1 hour and squeeze out all the water. Mix all the ingredients for the syrup and boil one minute. Let the syrup cool before you add to the vegetables. Pour the cold syrup over the slaw and freeze.
