This is another hybrid by Margaret Jones, who is a hybridizer of flax in Tauranga, New Zealand. It grows to about 3 to 4 feet and is 3 to 5 feet wide at maturity. The leaves are slightly arching and more upright than 'Maori Maiden' which is similar in color. Tolerates sun to light shade and though can tolerate dry coastal conditions, prefers regular watering.
