A good cultivar that has dark, leathery, larger and thicker leaves of the Inkberry Holly species of 1.5" long x 0.5" wide. It grows somewhat denser with an oval-rounded form. Usually bears sparse black fruit or none. Can get 8 to 10 feet high and become leggy when older.
