Epiphyllum Species (Epiphyllum pumilum)

This flower has a wonderful fragrance.

This flower is about four inches from tip to tip.

This plant blooms continously from July to December.

The flowers stay open for one night only and fade at about noon the following day.

One of my favorite epi's for fragrance and appearance.

Morning blooms about to fade.

This species blooms several times a year. The bloom last for one night and fade about midday the following day.

This is the first pod that I've had in the few years that I've owned this plant.

Epiphyllum pumilum form San José, Costa Rica

The fragrance is wonderful, but the flowers only last for one night and part of the next day.

Morning blooms before they close.
