Dactylicapnos Species, Bleeding Heart Vine, Golden Tears, Yellow Bleeding-Hearts Vine (Dactylicapnos scandens)

Dicentra scandens. Growning in my garden in Edinburgh, Scotaland, UK. Though it is a native if the Himalaya. Pete Brownless.

A plant growing in the North east of England.

A closeup of the flower. The dry weather of late has made the flower clusters perhaps a little smaller than of normal.

Blooms all summer, a wonderful vine.

This wall of Dicentra is all from a little 4 inch pot I planted 2 summers ago.

Pretty blossoms but can get unkempt, here at the Bellevue Botanical Gardens
