Haworthia Species, Fairy Washboard (Haworthiopsis limifolia)

Not sure if other species do this, but here's some bulbils on flower stalk on my plant

Growing in zone 9b in an unheated shade house.

flowering in winter, southern California, outdoor plant in garden

Plant growing outdoors in the garden in southern California... this will be the start of its third year coming up- no problems so far.

outdoor grown plant, var schuldtiana, southern California

I place this outside during the summer then indoors during our brutal winters. Starting to flower.

It's blooming and has 3 new pups growing from the roots.

this is an awesome, attractive & hardy plant. also: my cat leaves it alone. ;)

this is its first bloom. there is a weird, woody spike (a lot like a toothpick) growing out of the side.

A side of open Haworthia flowers.

plant grown outdoors in the elements, zone 9b, for 3 years (so far)
