Ajuga Species, Blue Bugle, Carpet Bugle, Common Bugleweed (Ajuga reptans)

Love this plant - one more reason to look forward to Spring.

The blue flower spikes of the ajuga ground cover are a nice addition to the shady garden


Tennessee Bugleweed spring bloom early April. This plant was went from wild to garden with no problem.

Happy little bugleweed rambling all over my garden. What a spring delight!


We just planted this last year and were thrilled to see that it survived the winter.

Bugleweed is a wonderful cut flower in spring.
