This clump is about 4 years old

The leaves are more deeply veined than G. macrorrhizum, and are fragrant.

The flowers look very much like G. macrorrhizum, only the petals bend back, instead of as in G. macror., flat like a daisy.

Geranium \\\'biokovo\\\' grows happily next to the splashing headwaters of a small artificial stream in full sun.

Very floriferous and good ground cover

Geranium Biokovo

Planted here with mixed perennials and spring flowering bulbs.

The leaves are evergreen down to -10 or so. Fall/winter color is a mix of green, burgundy, red, and brown. Beautiful year-round.

Spreads nicely but not invasive.

3 plants about 4 years old, early summer

First year plant.
